If something is not quite right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, clean and returned in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email our care team with your order number, the item you wish to return and a short note about the reason. We will reply with the next steps and return address.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may need 5–10 business days to complete the refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, opened grooming tools, personalised items and products showing signs of use may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
